In the summer of 2024, Schultz and Lemay learned that VO2 Max was the best lifespan predictor.So they both got a VO2 Max test.At the same age, 47, both men got the same VO2 Max score: 41 mL/kg/min

The Stakes
Both men, motivated by not dying, decided to improve their VO2 Max with aerobic training protocols.To motivate each other, they put on a wager.On December 7th, 2024, Schultz and Lemay will enjoy dinner and laughs, watching Jim Jeffreys at Mohegan Sun Casino.The loser pays.

The Rules
Schultz and Lemay will get as fit as possible. PEDs are not prohibited.Each is responsible for to get his VO2 Max tested by a bona fide testing facility. Scores can be collected at anytime between August 30th and December 6th, 2024.The man with the higher score wins the title of VO2 Max King 2024.
